Мошенники в интернете создают сайты, похожие на государственные или справочно-правовые и выкладывают шаблоны документов для скачивания. В файлах содержится вирус, который запускает программу удаленного доступа к компьютеру. С его помощью аферисты меняют банковские реквизиты в платежных документах, чтобы получить деньги, предназначенные поставщикам и партнерам, или блокирует доступ к устройству и предлагают вернуть его за деньги.
С учётом вышеизложенного АйСиБиСи Банк (АО) рекомендует следующие правила.
Посещайте только надежные сайты. Их можно определить по знаку замка в адресной строке. Государственные порталы отмечены синим кружком с галочкой в поисковой выдаче. Внимательно читайте адрес сайта. Поддельные отличаются от настоящих на один-два символа.
Установите антивирус и регулярно его обновляйте.
Запретите автоматическую установку и запуск программ.
Когда скачиваете шаблон, обращайте внимание на тип расширения. Наиболее безопасны pdf, docx, xlsx, jpg, png.

Scammers on the Internet create sites similar to government or legal reference and post templates of documents for download. The files contain a virus that runs a remote computer access program. With its help, scammers change bank details in payment documents in order to receive money intended for suppliers and partners, or block access to the device and offer to return it for money.

Visit only reliable sites. They can be identified by the lock sign in the address bar. Government portals are marked with a blue circle with a check mark in the search results. Read the website address carefully. Fake ones differ from real ones by one or two characters.
Install an antivirus and update it regularly.
Prohibit the automatic installation and launch of programs.
